Experiential healing rooted in body-centered and trauma-informed mindfulness and expanded states of consciousness.

Using mindfulness and a grounded, caring presence, I work with individuals and groups to come back to wholeness.

My practice is grounded in mindfulness based somatic work (Hakomi principles and practice), Earth-based wisdom, and shamanic guiding in expanded states of consciousness based in the Mazatec tradition. As a trauma-informed integrative practitioner, I invite clients to come back into balance and trust in the power of each one of us as a self-healing system.

Having faced significant trauma early in life, losing my mother at age 6 to cancer and then my long-term girlfriend and several friends when a devastating wave capsized our sailboat in a regatta off the coast of San Francisco when I was 26, I felt lost and adrift in life myself. I had worked with many several traditional therapists and felt frustrated and stuck and was ready to give up all hope when I started working with my teachers in expanded states of consciousness and not only found the space of healing, but connected to my own spirit and to my own professional path.

After training in western-based psychology as well as spiritual traditions and energy work (Qi Gong and Reiki) and completing a multi-year apprenticeship in guiding in expanded states, I now over my services to clients wanting to be free of cycles of anxiety and depression, heal from childhood trauma, open to greater empowerment and self-love, stronger relationships and wholeness.

It is an honor of a lifetime to be able to serve in this way.
